Q. How long can we hire the attractions for?
As long as you wish, our standard quoted rate is 6 hours but we can adjust the price accordingly for your event.

Q. What type of events do you cater for?
Ride hire caters for an array of events with a wide variety of equipment and attractions, we have previously provided our services to corporate events, weddings, birthday parties, team building events, school fetes, fundraisers and more. No event is to big or small so please do not feel afraid to ask for single hire prices or bulk hire prices.

Q. What level of service do you provide? Do you only supply Rides?

Ride hire can offer a comprehensive package and can help with not only hiring rides but also refreshment stalls and traditional games stalls. Ride hire can also supply at an extra cost security, security fencing, logistics, rigging and generator hire.

Q. Which areas do you cover?
We are based on London however we can cover almost all areas in the UK.

Q. Is the booking process easy?

Once you have made your enquiry and decided on hiring us, we will ensure we have given you the best package possible, we will confirm all final details including payment, venue, power, event times and area measurements. Once all necessary information is collected we will send you our terms and conditions to agree to along with all relevant documents once agreed a deposit will be required to secure your booking, full payment will be required 14 days prior to your booking. Q. What are the payment options?
Payment can be made by BACS or via Cheque, cash is occasionally accepted in special cases.

Q. Can we arrange a meeting and see the equipment in action?
Many small events can be organised via telephone and email however for large events it may benefit from a meeting and also viewing the equipment in action subject to whether this can be arranged however will not set up the equipment especially for this and you may have to travel to see the equipment at no cost or discount to us or from us.

Q. How will I know the equipment will fit?
We can give you all measurements of each ride, if you do have concerns please contact us to discuss requirements.

Q. Can I change my booking?
Yes and No as long as you give us a reasonable amount of time to amend your booking (31 days) we will try to accommodate this. Please read our T&C’s for cancellations.
